After two years of successfully accomplishing a strategy of the joint positioning on the Dutch market, the first footprints provided a solid foundation for a partnership enhancement between Open Line and Parsek. The two companies have recently signed a Partnership Agreement in December 2019 aiming at a comprehensive eHealth solution offering in the Netherlands.
A comprehensive eHealth Solution-as-a-Service offering in joint collaboration
Socially and legally sensitive business environments require trust and certainty while healthcare places high demands on data protection. Open Line’s core competences: deployment of fully managed information and communication technology services known as trusted cloud solutions, their vast expertise and valuable knowledge of the Dutch market represents the company as a great complementary partner to Parsek.
Joining forces in Parsek’s mission of improving people’s wellbeing through interoperable user-friendly Vitaly solutions for enhanced collaboration, a secure, reliable and efortless information exchange among patients and healthcare professionals within a full eHealth Solution-as-a-Service is being offered. The solution consists of comprehensive functionality, licencing and a services package that is invaluable for a successful eHealth experience.
Enhancing knowledge dissemination and fulfilling partner obligations for a greater market autonomy
2019 was a very fruitful year for Open Line and Parsek. Aiming at becoming an autonomous partner on the market, Open Line successfully acquired certifications for sales, implementation and support (Vitaly Associate, Vitaly Sales Consultant, Vitaly Implementation Specialist and Vitaly Technician), required to implement software services of Parsek. Through Open Line’s investment in the Vitaly demo environment and by signing a Partnership Agreement, all legal obligations were fulfilled, thus giving Open Line full qualifications and focus on further business opportunities and common growth efforts in a partnership with Parsek.
Being a Trusted Partner Parsek assures Open Line full support through:
- availability of relevant documentation,
- partner collaboration tools,
- regular attendance at the yearly ‘Partner Get-Together’ for sharing novelties and best practices,

Moreover, based on annual revenue, Open Line will benefit from Partner co-funding which can be used for further partner trainings, marketing activities or demonstration environments.
