Parsek has been awarded the highest level of certification offered under the Cyber Essentials Scheme, the Cyber Essentials Plus Certificate of Compliance. The scheme assesses the online security of IT infrastructures within businesses.
Launched in 2014, Cyber Essentials is a UK Government-backed scheme that aims to help organisations protect themselves against online threats. The scheme uses an independent framework to assess an organisation’s IT infrastructure, determining its ability to prevent and avoid cyber attacks.
The Cyber Essentials Scheme consists of two tiers of compliance – Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus. Parsek has successfully passed both levels of assessment, demonstrating its commitment to maintaining robust cybersecurity systems.
Parsek’s CEO Janez Bensa said:
“This award reflects the ultimate dedication to our company mission while protecting the data of our staff, clients, patients, and anyone else whose data we are authorised to process. It derives from our organization’s values and competencies, where our strive for excellence is reflected in scalable and reliable solutions, stringent processes, and procedures to safeguard against cyber threats and other online attacks.”
The achievement of Parsek’s Cyber Essentials Plus certification is a significant milestone that reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to protecting clients’ and patients’ data and maintaining the highest standards of cyber security.
