Open Line’s majority stake acquisition aims to leverage increased presence on Parsek’s target markets and accelerate the scale of value-based long term care solutions. A combined offering of cloud services provided by Open Line further incorporating Parsek’s Vitaly product suite will provide national, regional and local authorities with secure and reliable solutions that deliver immediate value to care teams and patients.
