Our CEO was invited to Together in Excellence – a regional conference featuring the most actual contents on IT service management and project management organised by itSMF Slovenija and PMI Slovenija.

Janez Bensa (CEO) participated in a panel discussion on the topic of Modern Leadership. There, he presented his views on the differences between managers and leaders and the reasons why attention is shifting towards the latter. He emphasised that managers often fail since they only have (their) end goal in mind, overlooking the people. Leadership at Parsek was also discussed, where the use of CliftonStrenghts was pointed out as a way of developing new generations of leaders at the company.
